Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including commercial spaces and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
  • Assist with basic cooking tasks and table service for Breakfast.
