Summary

Working in a busy fast food takeaway preparing foods, serving customers and keeping kitchen clean and tidy at all times. Having a level 2 food safety qualification is an advantage but not essential as can be trained and signed up to the course by the employer. Experience working in a kitchen operating machinery such as grill, oven, griddle and in preparing/cutting and serving food items such as shawarma, doner wraps also an advantage.
